Weekly Note and Updated Schedule

Attention Parents & Guardians of Dodson Students (Grades 7–12):
Rural Montana Behavioral Health will be offering a FREE digital mental health screening called Screening Linked to Care (SLTC) to support student wellbeing during the 2025–2026 school year. Students will be screened on Wednesday, January 14th.
What you should know:
⏱️ Takes about 10 minutes and is voluntary
🎯 Helps identify students who may benefit from extra mental health support
🛑 Not a diagnosis - only a screening for symptoms that may affect how students feel or function
🔒 Private and safe: results are only shared with the student, parents/guardians, and mental health professionals if a safety check is needed
If urgent concerns are identified, parents will be contacted the same day, and a mental health professional (associated with Rural Behavioral Health Institute) will meet with the student to ensure safety.
📄 Opt-Out Information:
Information and Opt-Out forms have been sent home with your child.
If you do NOT want your child to participate, please sign and return the Opt-Out form to the school.
If we do not receive a signed Opt-Out form, your child will be screened on Wednesday morning, January 14, 2026.
Our goal is to support student mental health and wellbeing while keeping families informed and involved. Thank you for your continued support of Dodson students.
