A reminder that our Coyote coaches have been advertising our mandatory parent/guardian meeting for tomorrow evening, TUESDAY, NOV. 14 @ 6:30 p.m. in the school cafeteria. These annual meetings are important for communication to our families on the protocols, standards, and expectations regarding our upcoming basketball athletic program. For reasons of safety, equity, and fairness; parents/guardians not attending and/or representing their student-athlete (s) at this meeting will need to schedule a formal meeting with the district's athletic director/coaches prior to participation in team practices or activities. CO OP Athletics / Activities with Malta- All sports are active and on schedule weather permitting for Wed. Oct. 25.
Jamboree / Jr. High Basketball - Jamboree and Jr. High Basketball practices are optional for "in the immediate town area" students for Wednesday, Oct. 25.
"South Route" or Out of District" students are not required to attend basketball practice on Wednesday, Oct. 25. Coaches are asked not to require out of district or south route students to attend practice on Wednesday, Oct. 25

Due to weather reports and alerts coming in today from the national weather service we will be closing the East-West & South routes tomorrow (Wednesday, Oct. 25) with certainty at this time.
Significant snowfall in the forecast during the overnight and commute morning hours are expected to create risky and dangerous driving conditions.
SCHOOL WILL BE OPEN TO FAMILIES / STUDENTS IN THE IMMEDIATE DODSON TOWN AREA ONLY TOMORROW - WEDNESDAY, OCT. 25, 2023
OUT OF DISTRICT AND OUT OF TOWN STUDENTS WILL NOT BE REQUIRED TO TRAVEL AND ATTEND TOMORROW (WEDNESDAY, OCT. 25.)
We will keep our families updated regarding the remainder of the week beyond Wednesday as weather forecasts continue to be certain and solid.
The school office will be staffed on Wednesday. Please call if you have any questions.
