My name is Gary Weitz, Superintendent, Dodson School District

This is my 38th year in education. I began my career teaching in the classroom as a high school social sciences teacher. I transitioned to the administration position and have served in that capacity for 19 years as an athletic director, principal and later superintendent.  I have been the superintendent of Dodson Schools for 8 years. 

I received my higher education at Eastern Oregon University in La Grande, Oregon and Washington State University in Pullman, Washington acquiring a masters degree and later administration certification.
